Product Purchase & Compatibility

Refunds are generally not granted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, lack of need after purchase, or compatibility issues caused by the customer’s own equipment, network, software or setup. Please confirm the product model and requirements before ordering.

Defective / Incorrect Product

If a product is received with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product is supplied by us, please contact us promptly with the order details. After verification, we may arrange replacement, repair or refund according to the case and applicable warranty/return terms.

Product Warranty & Physical Damage

Warranty coverage depends on the product and its stated warranty period. Physical damage, water damage, fire damage, wrong voltage/charger, misuse, unauthorized opening or third-party repair may void warranty and may make the product ineligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellation

An order cancellation request should be made before the order is dispatched. Once a product has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return terms will apply.

Return Conditions

For an eligible return, the product may need to be returned in its original condition with accessories, packaging and purchase/order information. Return approval is subject to product condition and verification.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, processing time and refund method will depend on the payment method and the specific case. Any non-refundable payment gateway or processing charge may be deducted where applicable.
